Removing the Layers

Removing the Layers

Removing the Layers

Many of the beliefs we carry about ourselves were formed long before we had the awareness to question them.

Words spoken over us in childhood. Experiences that influenced our confidence. Expectations that quietly shaped our identity.

Over time these influences can create layers, layers of fear, self-doubt, and misunderstanding about who we truly are.

Healing often begins with the courageous work of removing those layers.

We begin asking important questions.
What do I truly believe about myself?
Where did those beliefs originate?
Are they aligned with truth?

As those layers are gradually removed, something remarkable begins to emerge: our authentic identity.

From a leadership perspective, identity clarity is foundational. When individuals understand who they are, they lead with greater confidence and integrity.

You are not confined to who you had to become in order to survive.

Healing invites you to rediscover who you were created to be.

Reflection Question
What belief about yourself might need to be released?

With Love,

Dr, Rhonda
