Faith Over Fear
Share
Fear has a subtle way of shaping our decisions.
It convinces us to hesitate on making decisions when opportunities appear. It unequivocally whispers doubts when we begin considering new possibilities. It encourages us to remain comfortable even when growth requires courage. Courage to be free, courage to do something you have never done before.
Faith, however, invites a different response. Faith does not eliminate fear entirely. Instead, faith gives us the courage to move forward despite it.
There have been many moments in my life when I felt uncertain about the next step. Yet those moments often became the very experiences that expanded my confidence.
From a leadership perspective, fear can limit potential. It narrows vision and delays action. Faith, however, opens possibilities to dream bigger than you have ever imagined.
Each time we choose courage over hesitation, we expand our capacity to be greater!
